I have purchased the compact product exactly a year ago . At that time the concerned person didn’t tell us that after every year the filter and carbon is required to be changed...now the company person is asking for 800 INR to change the filter and carbon.
This is I feel breach of trust. Will never recommend this company. My question is is the product so bad that every year filter and carbon is to be changed or the company people is taking undue advantage of the lack of knowledge on customer’s part.
