Iam having compact model of new filter, we have metal body old filter when its not work I used to clean filter & Carbon my self and it start functioning I used that filer around 14 years, 2 time I replace expensive ultra violet tube tube but one fine day when iam not at home selesman of this company convince my wife and sold us this bogus plastic body compact filter which I dosnt know how to clean
Then He also convince for service contract and we paid cheque of Rs.1150 vide service contract no:15682747 dt.18/8/08 now my filter is not working and Iam constantly complaning them but no service person visiting for repair my water filter
in old machine it is very simple to clean filter by your self no need for service person but this new machine you cant repair by your self so dont allow any sales person from Aqua gurd company and take away your old metal body machine
and dont buy this machine if you dosnt have waterfilter at all this is realy crook company
