I am **fed up** with the **After sales service**. I also have 2 cases
1) I requested Auuaguard to send some agent for **maintenance activity (Crystal model) during the warranty period** (1.5 yrs ago). the agent visited us but he was**not aware about the process to operate, ** later on (the analyst revealed) I came to know that **he was trainee** and **has never worked on this product.
*2) I have requested company to **ReInstall my Aquaguard (complaint no - 81614569 and 91) in July**, after shifting to new location. they committed that the **serice will be provided to me within 48 Hrs**... Even **after "2 MONTHS"** I am still awaiting for service boy to give me a call. whenever I tries to take followup by calling the call centre.
I sence that every engineer is surprised and have nothing to answer except promising that this will be closed "**TOMORROW**". **The best part that they keeps opening a new ticket also (they have opened 3 tickets till now for the same cause)...*
Due to this inconvenience I **ended up paying thouands of rupess** just to buy WATER bottles. I am not sure if I need to "PAY" these guys for this pathetic service (if someone visits my place). I would strongly recommend new buyers "**NOT TO GO**" for Aquaguard.
