I have purchased aquasure Crystal uv 6 days back & haven’t got any call for installation, I have raised a ticket with aquaguard (87672440). I am extremely unhappy with Aquaguard service, I got a enquiry call from aquaguard in the past for my old inquiry on their site & the salesmen said I had done a big mistake of buying from shop & not company. Is this the way aquaguard sales should speak? He said they sell aquaguard products via company sales & aquasure products via shops which don’t have any servicing guarantee. I am sadden by euraka forbes after sales service & would surely inform my friends if they ever ask me about buying water filter not to go for euraka forbes at all at any cost. I am looted of 8000 rs. by euraka forbes. Bad, very bad after sales total loss of faith in you..
