Worst services

Its my first review on mouthshut.com.

Eureka-Forbes has given my worst services ( NO SERVICE AT ALL ). I bought it last month from e-Zone ( 100 ft Road, Indiranagar Bangalore) and I am still waiting for some-one to come to install it. Services are worst ever ( I can compare them with TATA INDICOM too ).

Please do not buy Eureka-Forbes products.

I have called their customer care several times but sometimes they say " its not our duty sir, e-Zone must do that" and sometimes " before next Monday it will be done". They really don’t care about customers. I am nto going to buy their product in my life time...
