Worst Service & Support of Eureka Forbes

First of all I want to tell Eureka Forbes (if they are listening) to stop showing such advertisements in which they claim best service support for there products.


Secondly, if I will ask for a demo of any of there product then they will reach at my door in just half-an-hour and will call me every hour daily to know whether I am interested in purchasing there product or not. But when we call them for doing the servicing of there products then these same people do not turn up for months and even there is no call to confirm that they have assigned someone for this job or not.


Now coming to my issue and I will request Eureka Forbes officials if they are reading this to read and understand this carefully.


I purchased a aquaguard - crystal model in August 2007 and call Eureka Forbes on 8-June-2009 for doing a AMC and also to conduct its first servicing. Poor call center boy (I guess Pune office has only single person for taking request and every time same person attended the call to face my agitation) took the request and confirmed to get this completed within 2 working days. Till 10 June I did not received any call nor no one turned up to do the servicing. On 11 June, I again called Eureka Forbes call center, same person (I now remember his name "Amol") attended my call and gave me same assurance.


Now this was the begning of my frustation, as on 12 June again I placed a call, same person attended my call and same assurance.


And the routine continued today again. Now on this forum can anybody advice me what should be my next step of action. As I beleive that next week I will have to do the same excersise without getting any results. And this looks to continue for months as these deaf-and-dump pune service and support people do not seem to be interested in solving my issue.


If Eureka Forbes is reading this, then can they explain me what the hell is the issue with Pune service and support people and why no one is turning up to do the servicing of my appliance. Is the descision of purchasing your product my biggest mistake? And what will you do to get back the confidence of such agitated customers.


Before hanging up the phone the call center guy never-ever forget to repeat that whenever a Eureak Forbes guy come for the servicing, please dial to verify his identify and today I literally laughed as no one has turned up whose identity can be verified.


I also have a sincere appeal to other readers, to provide me some other source through which I can highlight/escalate this issue.


A piece of advice for Eureka Forbes if the sales of your product is dropping then do not blame your product, blame your service and support department.


I do not want to rate Service and Support but the site has kept this rating compulsory
