Only last week I bought the Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers system " AQUAGUARD ENHANCE GREEN RO". I requested for product demo from the company website to see their company products. In the next two days. I got approximate 8-10 calls from company to follow-up to make sure that have we got the product demo or not.
After 2 days one of company sales guys Mr. Taneja(Mobile -09636658852)Came to our home to demo the products.
He said all very good things about this product and he even compared with other company products like Zero B and Kent RO. He mentioned that his product does not make any operating noise as they got better motor compare to Kent or zero b.
He has also given so many logic that how this company is best in terms of after sales service compare to other company. Bla bla bla.
I trusted this guy and company reputations and finally I bought this product from Eureka Forbes. After I bought the product things got totally other way round.
There is no call from sales guy or company for the installation of product, we have to call 5-6 time to follow-up to request for installation. Finally, after two day company tech guy came and installed it and he said next day someone will come to test the water sample to make sure everything is correct. but no response and no turned up.
I called multiple time to this sales guy or local service center and put the request in the company website. I also escalated the service request to second level in the company website. after that also but no single response.
I called this sales guy many times, but now he has not even picked up the call.
It seems like we made a blunder mistake buying this product from this company.
This product is terrible as it makes a hell lot of noise. You wont even imagine how bad it is.
This is the fist time I am providing my review of any product or any company. Just because I dont want anyone to face this kind of problem. and making such bad decision.
I remember that before buying the product I looked the product review and few people were also experiencing the same, but I just ignored. that was the biggest mistake that I made in this buy process.
Its totally up to you and its your choice. but I would NOT NOT NOT. Recommend this companys product. After having such terrible experience.
