I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance Green RO on December 2011 and it worked well till Sep 2014 with company fitted all the filters. even after using for more than 2 and 1/2 year I was getting water purified upto 100 TDS.
However, I decided to take AMC as per company advice and changed all the filters on Sep 2014. Few days back I realized water is tasting bit different so called customer care for service and I was surprised to see filter is not doing its job.
Input TDS is 270-280 and filtered water comes out with 210 TDS. So FILTER STOPPED working within 10 months of replacement UNDER SAME water input condition Vs original company filleted worked better even after using for more than 2 and 1/2 years.
I have raised a complained but unfortunately Customer care person couldnt understand my concern. I was trying to tell him that how can filter go bad under same condition within 10 months Vs 2 and 1/3 years earlier. But, He kept saying "you have to pay again and replace filters" that is company policy.
I am still waiting for Eureka Forbes to respond to my complaint and provide replacement or satisfactory answer.
I believe, they might have given me used or duplicate filters while replacing. I am buying Bottled Water for now and considering going for other company for buying new filter as I lost the trust. and do not want to pay 4500+ again within 10 months.
