Aquaguard Poor customer service loosing its charm

I have purchased aqua guard enhance RO Feb 2013.  It worked fine for one year later on started giving problems.


Membrane went after one year I have replaced with new one by paying 4000 including service charges and they don’t give any guarantee for the membrane that again did not worked for me more than 4 months.


When I called service eng. he said again membrane is gone u need to replace also they compel customer to take AMC which is absolutely not necessary for new machines.  But they are very much sure that this product wont work consistently more than 2 months . thats y they insist customers for AMC which is business tactics from Eureka Forbes.  I was having a good opinion on this company quite some years back.  But now absolutely I wont recommend this product to any one. If company thinks that they can capture the market by fooling around the customers in the same way they can loose the market so easily by doing this.


Customers think before investing to RO .even if u bought u should be ready to spend 5000 every year for maintenance like service, membrane etc. those thing company doen’t disclose while u buy. those are hidden facts.    so if u are planning to buy 20Ltr water outside if that works out for u . u can go for that . but do a cost analysis before u invest for the product.
