Suffering caused by aquaguard water prifier

In spite of noting adverse remarks on poor service, I purchased(22.09.13) because of continuous persuance by salesman"Sunil" kumar/ Girish. After purchase the time of delivery specified, was not adhered..Installation also needed continuous Phone calls, then Installed.. but within 10 minutes of Installation - water leaked from the water connection taken by the service technician.


Immediately called the said Technician, - who said I am coming but within 3 days did not turn up then 25th sept, 26th Sept made an complaint to their Cust. service ( No. 88880313 & 88883276)-- but the Team just ignored...No body turned up till 16th October (When again called their RM and described the matter.


He sent some one on 19th Oct) -- By that time the water dropping was such that whole floor was flooding so we had to call a plumber and set the same right with our money.
