One of the service person from Aguaguard visited for general service. He told me that I have to replace my purifier cartridge. I told him that the purifier supposed to give warning signal to change the cartridge. He told me that after one year I have to change the cartridge and purifier will not give any warning. As I was in office I couldn’t check the manual, I agree to change the cartridge. When I checked the manual it clearly state that I get a warning every 2 minutes if the cartridge require change. The service person cheated me and make me to agree to change the cartridge.
I told him clearly I don’t need any AMC and only cartridge replacement. Instead he changed the cartridge and charged me for AMC. When I realize this and called their call center, the call center person agreed to pay the balance money(AMC – cartridge price) back. But I have not received any money form the service person so far(five days over) and calling the call center every day.
In summary, unnecessarily I changed the cartridge, additionally paid the useless AMC charge and service charge.
Please handle Aguaguard service persons carefully….
