I purchased Aquarguard Ro uv on May14. It was not installed properly, we ended up drinking tap water without any "purification" by the purifier. After so many calls and follow ups the service person rectified the issue. On April15, our purifier stopped working, then again after so many calls to customer care, the service person said that our filters are no more working.
We have to change it. We ended up spending ?4, 000 for new filters. Exactly after 2 months, by june15 our water purifier stopped working again. we called the customer care and filed the complaint but no response.in spite so many calls to customer care we didnt get any help from them. The aqua guard customer care executives and service person are more interested in getting new leads, but certainly not in resolving existing issues. Even after spending so much on this purifiers, we end up buying bottled water.
