Faulty Products, Zero Percentage Support

I bought Aquaguard Enhance UV from Eureka Forbes. I ordered online and next day itself their sales guy visited and collected money. But they were quick only in collecting the money, after few days they came to install the product.


It required extra motor, and so the installation for not complete. After so many days of customer care calls, they finally installed the product (though they charged for the motor on first visit itself).


Within one month, it started giving problem. Again, after so many days one guy visited, and told it requires technical assistance and he will send another guy. That’s all, it is more than 3 months!


Endless customer care calls and escalations on their portal, but they don’t have the manners to revert back. I regret going for their product. I give ZERO points to their technical support.
