No action by the Eureka Forbes Service department

I had taken a 2 year Annual maintenance policy for the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance. Since 13th April every day I have been calling their Customer care for the service and every time they promise to send somebody home for the repair. But so far none has come. This is the 4th time that I have been calling them.


A complaint was raised on 13th April( Complaint Number: 81104863) after they failed to respond on my initial call on 11th April.


It has now become a practice to visit Mouthshut.com to effective reach out to the customer care rather than their customer care number
