Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Geneus RO + UV +UF Water Purifier

I purchased it from a showroom in 2015.

1. The machine’s black portion was found scratched when installer opened the box for the first time.

2. Started troubling just after a week.

3. No response by CC.

4. No trained servicemen in this company. My first complain resolved after one and half month.

5. Frequent problem in running machine experienced. LED light issue, Tap lever issue, incorrect water level issue, etc.

6. Just after 1 year, it stopped working. But before completing 1 year, this machine remained with lots of troubles.

7. I even emailed complaints to Aquaguard but no reply yet after reminders.

8. NEVER GO FOR AQUAGUARD PRODUCTS.

9.We should lodge a consumer case against this.

1. I wish, I had listened my wife ( she was always saying to go for Kent but I went on brand name and style/look) .
