We had ordered for Geneus model after the representative tested for TDS level of water and suggested geneus.
We paid him advance, and it was supposed to delivered and installed by Friday, but with great difficulty and lots of phone calls 35+, we could finally get it delivered on Saturday but was not installed, again after number of phone calls we got it installed on Sunday, with the discharge and inlet wires dangling all over making my kitchen looking weird.
We wanted him to tie the wires properly and to remove the base plate where it holds the glass/bottles, which he promised to do the next day, which never came.
He told us to drain the water completely twice, i.e., 14L. I drained it and while I fetched the first glass of water with great expectations the water was similar to TAP WATER. No difference at all, I wonder if its purified water or not.
Again while we tried to call the concerned person, there was no response, he doesnt attends the phone call at all.
I would never recommend this product to anyone, very very poor customer service, better to drink tap water than to drink same tap water thru aqua guard after huge investment.
