We faced problem from the day one, of installation. At the time of installation it had some problem and the technician replaced some spare and made it work. After
15-20 days of installation again it stopped working. I had to wait for 10 days for the faulty spare to be replaced, even they don’t have the courtesy to inform if it is getting delayed. Every time you have to call and follow up. The issues is getting repeated from 6 months. In turn they blame the customer saying issue is with the power problem at your house. And they have not repaired completely. Still only 2 LED’s is working out of 5 and they have left as it is. They are least bothered to listen to customers. I have wasted my money on this product and have lost my peace of mind. I am facing problems with this product and wasting time calling them for repairs. Even they are not ready to change the product. I am facing these issues within warranty period, I am worried what happens post warranty.
