Jan 19 I have requested them for free demo.But I dint received any call from them.
Then I bought total geneus+ from their website eureka forces.com on Jan 24th without a demo.it got shipped on 25th through gati(worst postal service)after so many calls and complaints finally I received the product on 10th feb.i have requested them for installation on 11th feb.I got call on 15th feb from their executive that my area is not service able so installation can’t be done he gave me number of dealer(sudhakar-karimnagar)he also refused to do installation.then I have complained to the eureka Forbes head office on 16th February.then I received a call from them on next day and asked me to pay 500+charges for installation I denied it asked for a refund which is in process from 1week .nobody turned up take back the product.
I have spent almost 250rs on phone calls to eureka Forbes.
After ordering the product I received almost 30 calls from their dealers to cancel the product online and buy from them.
