Hi this is Shaney Ahmad, sharing you my personal experience with this water purifier, The brand name is big but this product is not up to the expectations.
I bought this one 6 months ago, and till now I’am regretting that why I purchased this.
This is but a waste of money!
Its shape is bit strange I mean when we try to fit it somewhere it stuck.
The functions of this purifier is quite difficult except one or two.
Does’t comes with advanced technology like auto spill saver and many other.
In past 6 months it had been repaired 4 times, and the servicing of this one is just Oh! like finding needle in a sack of rice.
Its coils are just to week they get damaged every 2 months or so. when ever the service men comes he only says the two coils are damaged, and they come very expensive.
A very heavy purifier as compared to others.
The front design is good but then what is the use of design when it is not giving you a satisfying output.
The service men of this company are just invisible, we don’t find them anywhere in the city, and due to that we have to take it to the local electrician shop.
Just don’t go with this.try something else but not this I’am suffering and I don’t want you to suffer.
