Dont keep commitments

Opted to change to Eureka Forbes. Called and gave the cheque to representative on aSaturday to be told it would be installed by Monday. It took repeated follow-up on phoneto finally get it installed a week later.There was no need for the sales person to give a false delivery commitment since we were not in a hurryNo recourse to complain, attitude of sales person is indifferent.


Calls to the office kept getting reassurances that team leader would call back - no one ever called.The installation was ahuuried job with little interest in educating the owners about the productAfter installation the person pocketed the warranty coupons sayiing it is not required by usand wanted the sales brochure given to us at the time of placing the order back.While the product itself may be good ( have not had it long enough to comment ), Eureka Forbesprovied dismal serivce levels...Leaves a bad taste in the mouth ( no pun intended ).
