We are in central service so we have to travel all over india. We bought aqua guard nova from delhi few years back.Now at present we are posted in patna.we have taken amc for aquaguard which will expire in july 2010.The candle and filter had to be changed in july.But, till date, it is september now, no body have shown up even after constant reminders.
Secondly, my aqua guard machine is not working for the last three days. Despite of calling aqua guard people 4-5 times a day, they have not shown up till now.they are a bunch of liars. Just keep on phoning them .But they will attend u at their own convenience.Why would they consider what trouble the customer is going through? After calling them, they say that the technician is just on their way to your home.It has been almost three days, I wonder why the technician has not reached still?Or he will need a month time to cover a distance 3-4 kms. within the city.
the technician in patna dont know how to correct the nova model problem?they say they have not been trained to tackle this model in bihar. [a year back] they exchanged the entire circuit of my nova model with another aquaguard model which is mostly used in patna [bihar] .now I dont know about my aquaguard .it has an external look of nova but internal circuit is of which model?
Water is such an essential issue, complaint of which should be entertained within the same day.Anyhow, after suffering so much at their hands, why not switch to R.O. of some other company, which I am planning to do.
Let alone the dealers of eureka forbes aqua guard sleep in their offices .
I have one more thing to share.today I am adding this part of paragraph in my review.after 10 days of constant complaining, finally aquaguard technician came and did the required servicing 3 days back.when he went away, i noticed the aquaguard machine leaking.may be, he had not done the servicing properly.now I am standing on the same place calling them countless time. they assured me that leakage is a problem which requires immediate attention otherwise the whole machine will get spoilt.and they are going to send the technician immediately to fix the problem. but as usual I am still waiting for them from the last 3 days [and maybe more in coming days] to do obligation on me.or maybe they are waiting that my machine gets useless and myself throw it out.so that they dont have to trouble themselves.
what type of customer care service is this which do not care for its valued customers?or more precisely it should be for its worthless customers [who did the biggest mistake of buying this product]
