I agree Eureka Forbes service is terrible. This is not only from my own personal experience but my other friends too who own Aquaguard. The salesperson did not hand any bill while accepting payment. The bill came to my address after 2 months. My names spelling and pincode were both wrong. even the street address was spelled wrong.
im using this product for a year now. Though service station is behind my house I have never relied on Eureka Forbes service engineers to maintain my system since I had already heard servicing horror stories from my friends. I called an engineer once but was not satisfied with his explainations on small white particles in the filtered water. That matter remains unresolved till date. I believe these particles are the result of either sediment or chlorine filter.
I read the instructions on how to maintain the system and servicing it myself. The filters are not top quality. Zero-B reverse osmosis filter is more finer. Better features come with a higher price tag which is approximately 14, 000. Its more convenient than Innova as it stores water too. My next filter will be Zero-B RO.
High quality water purifiers are much more expensive. Innova is ok for average use.
