Even I have had a very bad experience with the after sales service. The 3 free services never happen. Instead when we call up and enquire the service center, we are questioned as why the same was not taken care of earlier. I expect that considering the exhorbitant price we pay for a simple purifying mechanism, (approx. INR 8500+), the support needs to be more courteous proactive .
The service person indulge in discussions like asking us to give the AMC to him instead of the company so that I can save a few rupees more while be assured of proactive service.
Now there is a new issue of water leaking from the purifier output nozzle even though the power is switched off. It is hardly 2 years from its purchase date.
Pls. take care when you buy these products. There are lots of other good bran names entering this segment. It would be a good idea to examine those options also.
