Hi, I am using Aquaguard Nova since past two years, it is an expensive product but with good features, I thought so at the time of purchase, and also signed the amc for next three years . At the time of signing the contract, the sales person called up more than three times, got the product serviced, waited till the time the product was serviced and then left, convincing us that their service is the best, Alas! But I have not been able to get the aquaguard serviced even once after the warranty is over, despite repeated calls to the service centre and the regional office.
I am unable to understand that such a reputed company like this can fleece customers or they are unable to retain their team for which they are providing such a bad service. I think they should learn a thing or two from whirlpool or godrej on how to provide customer service
I believe I should have never purchased the same.
Will any of the Eureka forbes guys help out?
