Folks - save yourself the hassle. This is one company which is truly remarkable in never bothering to care about its customers. If you call their customer care center, they will probably log your service request - with a promise that your complaint will be attended to in 24 hours. And then you will never hear from them again. You can follow up multiple times; hear a lot of sorry’s from the customer care executives; but God would probably have to have mercy on you for you to every get any actual work of servicing done from them.
This is my second experience with the same kind of callous behavior from their Bangalore team; not sure if things are any better in any other state. The first time round a couple of months back, I finally gave up following up with them 5 times. This time around, I’ve already called them thrice to come & fix the problem - and obviously, no action from their end.
Pls save yourselves a lot of grief; avoid their products like plague!
