I was using aquaguard machine. When my helper was fixing the machine in my new house. Unfortunately he broke the back supporting of the machine which is used place on wall.
I called customer care regarding this. Twice they tech came to my home, only saw the machine. Never came back. I tried to call customer care lot of time to fix it. They never responded positively, I finally sold it& bought new one.
