Eureka Forbes Aquaguard i-Nova Water Purifier

Horrible Customer Support - Eureka Forbes

I have an Aquaguard INova water purifier. Two years back, I signed up an Annual maintenance contract(AMC) with "Krishna Chaitanya Services" - Authorized Eureka Forbes Franchisee in Hyderabad that expires in April 2009. For the past one month, I am having problems with my Aquaguard.


The service engineer who came to my house, said that they need to replace a spare part and that they will do it in a couple of days.


After that, they seem to have conveniently forgotten everything. Repeated contact has fallen to deaf years. Every time I call up, nothing really happens.


Please do not fall into the AMC trap by these Aqua Guard folks - especially the ones from Krishna Chaitanya Services. I really feel cheated to get this level of service after paying through my nose for their AMC. God save Eureka Forbes for dealing with such horrible franchisee. They are the worst when it comes to Customer service.


One thing is for sure. My next water purifier is not going to be Aquaguard.
