This complaint is against company called Eurek Service , New Delhi. We have bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier a year back. At that time we got a call from Company called "Eurek Services".
Person called from company clamed that they are autorised Service partner of Euraka Forbes products, so as an when warrantty finished they will come for AMC.
After an year , few days back they approached us and asked for AMC. We could not make out there fraudulent attempt by the way they were following our warranty track. We gave them AMC cheque , and expecting for there service.Now they are vanished from the scene.Whenever we call them, they say person will visit soon and no body turned back since 2 months now. They don’t tell there exact address of company on phone also.

Since all above are mobile number so it is difficult to find out the address, however on phone they claim there address is somewhere in Mahipalpur, but reluctant to provide complete address. I will advice people to call always company call center/service center before finalising the AMC.
