Eureka Forbes has lots to learn about customer service.
I cant comment much about their product quality because water is clear and colourless and I dont have a microscope at home. But after experiencing their customer service, I even doubt their product quality. If Eureka Forbes cant get their act together in the service department, I can fairly certain their products also do not have quality.
This is the second time(complaint no: 81660444) it has happened that I am waiting for more than a week for the customer service agent to come to my home and repair my water purifier. I-nova.
The call centre(022-39883333) has no clue about why the services are not being done by their agents. They are a bunch of helpless poor souls who can at best escalate once again in their systems. They are very good at listenning to abuses because they are used to it.
Upon asking for manager contact, they have given me two name and numbers, both of which I am trying for the last two days. Nobody picks up. The names and numbers are:

Eureka forbes is dealing with drinking water and it is therefore even more critical to ensure that the customers are not inconvenienced. There should be priority service for drinking water.
It is really sad scenario and I feel helpless. I would urge no-one to buy any Eureka Forbes product unless you are buying it from your neighbourhood store and the store promises to give you service support.
