I want to get my Purifier serviced and I called their helpline No. for n no of times. They assured that it will be attended the same day since last 12 days. If in this case the equipment doesn’t work then you have to find other alternative and throw away this product.


Moreover you are not getting the value for the product if you analyse the complete system.Hence I find utter useless such a product?


Moreover the marketing strategy is perfect as they will come to you everyday until you buy the product and there after they Va.nish. I have the experience on the product at different region and my experience remains same. I don’t know why they have not yet established the service network as it is long since they entered the market.I have already advised my friends not to go behind this guys and loose your temper.
