I-NOVA

I have been using i-Nova WATER PURIFIER for last 2 months. **So far performance is fine. gOOD PRODUCT.

BUT.

When I decided to buy, the salesman turned up same day at 7 p.m. Since I had decided on the product already, the deal was done on same day.

I got the wiring done and they installed the purifier after a day. Their installation guy told that he will be getting a plastic cover for the iNova( of course payable). It is a must as Pune is very dusty these days.

Alas! till date the cover is not delivered. I called up the service guy.

His explanation " **Sir, the company does not provide these covers. We have contracted it to an outside party( this is the beauty - outside party is never accountable for anything and company is not answerable) AND there is no sock. As soon as stock comes, I will supply.

THE PROMISE IS 8 WEEKS OLD.POOR PURCHASER.STILL WAITING.*
