My aquaguard integra-7 water filter machine has been exhibiting worst performance since last few years.
The u-v filter glass tube never functions more than two months continuously . During last few years their franchaisee , while asking to them reason for such repeated breakdown of the said equipment reply stereo type that the co. Does not provide to them new u-v filter . So they are compelled to send the said equipment for repair and after repair from their laboratory they re-install it.
Since installation this integra-7 water filter machine has been given to the co. For annual maintenance. No other person is allowed to handle the machine other than asuthorised technician of their franchaisee alloted by them in my area.
My question is to the senior engineers of the co. Why new u-v filter will not be provided to the service technicians? I do not know who is correct- the franchaisee men or the co. But all accessories and equipments must have to be replaced with new one. Alternately the co. Must buy-back the partially obsolate integra-7 due to its age-old performance for not manufacturing new spares for this once upon a time being a sophisticated water filter. This machine was purchased in 2006 december .
