When I called the customer care for this product they said the product will be delivered and installed in 2 days. Even the sales person called on the same day. The product was delivered but nobody came for installation even after 1 week.
The sales person never picks up the call once the product is delivered. the customer care is another worst thing. I called daily but no result. They are simply saying by end of the day it will be done, they have escalated the complaint. Still no person showed up for installation.
