Don't buy this product. Will sure regret for choos

I bought this product on November 2015. In last 7 months I have raised tickets having same issue for more than 10 times. Not sure that I got a faulty one.

Every time support guy comes just cleans the filters and says working fine. In last 4 months at least I have raised half dozen tickets.
