I have recently purchased a Aquaguard Magna in the Month of Dec’14 through Company’s authorised sales team which comes for demo, explains the product, check the hardness of water and then recommend the suitable purifier. I purchased it through Mr. Anuragi from Euerka Forbes. But after 4 months, the device has top purifying water. I have called the customer support many times, written multiple mails, lodges multiple service request, but there has been no positive response from the team.
I tried reaching the sales person, but he is not picking up the phone.
So, I am fed-up of the services provided by the Aquaguard team and would request everyone not to buy such expensive product.
It’s totally a waste of money.
