I have bought this product 3 months before for about 18000. Every 15 days the filter is getting blocked and I need to clean it, Sometime even after that its not functioning. I have also raised request but they came only once and fitted as Additional Filter for 2000 Rs but that is also now not working.
When I raise the request for second and third time, They didnt even come. If is use the Ground water as the source for this purifier, we are getting throat infection issues and Sever ENT related health issues. The Taste of the water is also not good when I use the ground water. Not even worth to buy this Product, Instead you can drink the corporation water after heating it. I am going to request my cash back for this product.
