First of all this is the second time in 2 days I am writing this. The post will be very quickly responded by the Eureka forbes team with some standard response. But no ground action whatsoever.
I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna online and paid about Rs15, 490/- The delivery was done at my Bangalore home within 3 days but thereafter the long wait for the technicians to come and install the machine still goes on. I have been calling the call centre at 080-39883333 regularly and all they do best is promising installation within 24 hrs. 5 days have passed till now without any progress. I was also given the number of some area mAnasultanger rupa kalyan, 9844782221, by the call centre, but no one picked the phone after repeated calls.
Before going with Eureka forbes I was advised to give Eureka forbes a miss because of their shoddy post Shruthisharma care.
Guys please be careful and dont buy any Eureka forbes product online. Service is pathetic to say the least. If this continues other brands will surely gain ground. Kents service I have heard is better, and product wise all the companies actually fit the same components inside. So please stay away from aquaguard.
Eureka forbes if you are listening arrange for the product pick up from my door step and return my hard earned money. Am enquiring the consumer court option and surely wont let it go so easily.
