Well the style and design of the water purifier is stunning like all eureka forbes products but the way it works is really worst.
my friend bought it few months ago and he was happy that he bought the eureka forbes dr magna after his pleasant experience with the other eureka forbes product but this time he regrets to buy this product.
the product worked ok in the inception and started malfunctioning after the use of few months, it gets blocked after a some use and don’t deliver the actual amount of water and requires early replacement of spare parts.
and its also an expenditure to repair an eurekaforbes product, it takes 500 to 600 rupees to only change its tab, which also gets blocked and needs to change after sometime .it coasts around 4500 to 5000 rupees for a year to manage this water purifier.
in that amount you can buy a new local water purifier which also works in the same way and not expensive at all to manage unlike Eurekaforbes Dr Magna Water Purifier.
the service of eurekaforbes as all know is not worth it, they hardly listen your complaints and react so late and sometimes they even don’t.
the product is quite handy.
