It’s with great enthu and post multiple analyses that we bought this water purifier called "Aquaguard Magna HD" around 3 weeks back.
Product was delivered at the right time as intimateed. Post that, I raised an installation request which has been pending for more than 2 weeks now.Till date I have spoken to customer care, Hyderabad area sales manager who in turn redirected me to the area customer care manager named Nagavardhan Reddy.
All of them promised installation to be done within 24 hrs.Looks like 24 hrs means more than 2 weeks.
Frustrated with this entire process, I think I can only pray because their escalation mechanism on their website is so weird that if I escalate the issue today, it might take 2 more weeks to resolve.
Hoping for the installation to be done!
