Nothing much to say, its really shitty product. we bought this 10 months back and minimum 18 times it stopped working, which means twice in each month. When I called customer care, they are giving someone else number and that is not working at all. Please don’t buy this crap. They are taking 3-5 days to solve the issue that too after calling 4 to 5 times. really bad customer care and after spending INR 18000/- and again forced to depend on water bottles. then what is the use of this? I asked to replace the product and they are giving simple excuses. and their AMC costing 5000 for one year. please don’t buy this. my sincere advice.
