I have aquaguard total RO and I bought 2 years AMC in Bangalore. Initially I was at Bannerghatta road and found there servicing was proper. Now I shifted to Mahadevpura. From last 8 months. I have called to customer care almost 40 times even to service center too. More than 90% time no one called me back from any service center. Once one person came and found we have AMC. He immediately escaped saying he does not have filter now. They have office in Mahadevpura and another near Total.
Yesterday, I called for normal filter change without informing about AMC, next day person came to my house. We verified he has filter and told about AMC. He called to his boss and started trying escape. My wife told we’ll go to consumer court, and he called to his boss and got permission to change filter.
Overall, I got frustrated using aquaguard especially in Marthahalli and Mahadevpura area.
