Eureka Forbes is only a Product Selling company, with 0% commitment towards service of their products. You can not get their products or replacement parts from open market. Also service is available only through their service partners. But their is no commitment that you will get their service.
I’ve been trying hard to get service for my Aqua Guard Nova Gold, but there is no response from them, at all. If you call them for buying their product, they will make your life miserable by calling you every day 2-3 times. But when it comes to placing request for service, they don’t even have trained Customer care center. You will never get a call back from technicians, but your request will be marked completed!!!
*Specially with no product launches, they are not at all interested to service their old products, forcing customer to buy new products.
Terrible Company with Unethical ways of business.
