I have a Aquaguard I Nova model in my home since April 2007 and is working fine till date. I had a problem with the water that is coming out recently when I moved to HRBR layout where the dissolved salt level is very high. I first complained online for which I got a response email also that a personal from Eureka Forbes will visit on coming week end. BUT no one turned up.
Latter next week, one sales person came to my door asking for Aquaguard. My mom told him that we have one and need a service personal to visit ASAP. He took down all the details and assured to send in some one soon but never turned up.
Then I saw some reviews in here about these peoples service and was shocked... I just wanted to give a try and decided to call their customer care. They gave me a complint number and told that one executive will visit my place with in 2 days. And he came my home today morning and replaced the filters also and cleaned the whole equipment...
I now have taken a 3yrs anual maintance as there was a Dasara offer of Rs 500/- off. I got a gunien bill for the amount I paid also... with the anual maintance, they will do free service for every 3 months and also replace the filter once a year!!! I think Thats a good bargin..
