Brought reviva not more then a year back for Rs 16000. When called to get the product the sales team rushed to my place in an hours time. Pretty impressive. It worked well for few months then it started giving problem. LIke water was not coming from the inlet in the main tank. We use to call the same person whom we took this from for service. He is certified by aquaguard to do the repairs. When called he always said he will come in 2 days but he use to come after 3 or 4 days that too after calling repeatedly. This happened 3 times since purchase within 8 months time. Last time the guy who came had no clue what was wrong with this and had to call his senior.
I though, " lets complain to the Eureka team through the number given on their website", I did and was given a customer reference numbers and told that some technician will visit me within 24hours. None came for 3 days. When called they said 24 working hours. Here is a new thing guys.:-) How will I know how many hours in a day they work or count as working hours? So even after 6 days no one has called me or came home. Each time the customer care guys have no clue and always end up giving false assurances.
Please go with any other company then eureka forbes. No after sale service and pathetic customer care people. Save money and time. If you wanna die of thirst then go for eureka.
