I purchased a RO from Aquaguard model ( Reviva). My experience with it is not good.The Salesman supplied me a broken piece very cleverly; as soon as I noticed I called him to replace the unit ( or at least broken part). He kept playing with me for months.
Finally I took up the case to customer care and after several following up I got it solved after 2, 3 months. I wouldn’t recommend it for following reasons,
Body material of unit is not good.
Priced higher as compared to similar product from other company
Maintenance is high
Other more efficient options available at less price ( e;g. Usha Brita RO)
