Pathetic customer service in Bangalore.

I have a Aquaguard Reviva product and I recently relocated to Bangalore. I am trying to get my Aquaguard reinstalled for the past 3 weeks and now I realize what a pathetic customer service Eureka Forbes have in Bangalore.


First I called customer service and everyday I call they take a new request and promise that someone will attend in 24 hours. This happened daily for a week. Then I logged a online service request (SR No: 3C6CD48538) and someone came after 3 days after an escalation option that is available online.


The guys came did not even have basic spare parts and even a TDS meter, they just unpacked the box and said that they will come the next day with spares and finish installation. Then afterwards they do not pick up the call and every time I call customer service again they promise someone will come within 24 hours:).


With a quality product in their lineup, this approach to their customer service is baffling. Can anyone confirm if the Eureka Forbes service is this pathetic always in Bangalore? At least I will exchange this product and buy any other product like Pureit/Kent.


Not sure how their customer service will be but I am quite convinced no one can do as pathetic as Eureka Forbes.!
