We have bought this a year back from a local authorised eureka Forbes dealer. At the time of purchase the dealer only gave a payment bill from his bill book and said we will receive original bill from Eureka Forbes which never came until now.
I have raised this issue to eureka Forbes customer care number of times but no use. They don’t care once they get the money in their hand. Never buy product from eureka Forbes. I’m really disappointed.
[Update on 29 Apr 2015] ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED NOT RESOLVED
Just today I have shared my contact number with Eureka Forbes via Mouthshut mail. But I’m already seeing my review is showing as resolved(Just see Above). I don’t know how is that possible. After this I went to all the reviews about Eureka forbes products and I can see all of them are showing resolved. I’m really confused about the meaning of "resolved".
Just giving a response to the review means the issue is resolved or its resolved only after solving the actual problem the customer faced.
