I purchased an aquaguard reviva water purifier on 15.1.2015. The dealer told me that within 48 hours I will get a call from Bangalore and the product will be registered on the company’s website. But I haven’t received any call till date and the product is not registered.
Since the past two months I have been calling the dealer and everytime he says that within 15 days the product will get registered. Now he’s saying some Jaideep Thakur(8054217655, 9419232776) has the papers of my product and it will take another 15 days to register the product. I have had enough of this nonsense.
I want a written explanation for this type of irresponsible behavior from Eureka Forbes. The scanned copy of the invoice is in the direct link below
