Very bad service from aqua guard. I recently bought the RO+UV aqua guard water purifier which costs about Rs 16, 500/-.
The sales representative takes the money first and then they do not respond to phone calls. The unit however was delivered two days later.
A guy with the following phone number 09295555176(as on 27th sept 2014) was to come to install the unit. However, he had problems understanding the directions(in malkajgiri) to our house.
Although it is very easy to locate our home address. never had problems with anyone before. The guy finally located our house and started shouting at me accusing me of not telling him the address properly.
In fact I was waiting for him on the road which I mentioned to him over the phone as well after pointing him the landmark. I got literally bugged and told him that whether he installs the unit or not, it does not befit him or aquaguard employees to shout at a customer(and a women over that).
He immediately left without installing the unit. I telephoned their customer complaint centre and they provided me with another number saying that immediate action will be taken. but I did not hear from them. I can provide all the relevant numbers if the aqua guard The unit is presently lying in the home.
I happened to go to a shop nearby( for buying other home accessories) in the evening and found that the service with Kent is much much better and the dealer installs it ASAP. The kent dealers seam very polite and take immediate action. right away the unit was sent to home. This is in contrast to the aqua guard service
iUntil I even have a chance to use it, I cannot rate the product. so all low values.
