Useless and worst service.never ever seen such a worst guys in all my life .no use of raising the complaint online or over phone they will never respond or take the calls or attend to issues.
There should be a way to ban such products and guys from India based on their customer service scores I am going to throw out this machine and buy a machine from some other brands.once upon a time how good this brand was and now you see how bad it is, it is taking Indian customers for granted.
